01Who we are

Lumify Alliance ("we," "us," "our," or the "Alliance") operates a network that connects independent Discord communities with support, cross-promotion, partnerships, and sponsorships. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Discord server, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By joining our Discord server, submitting a server for partnership, or engaging with our sponsorship program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

02Eligibility

You must meet Discord's own minimum age requirement to use our Services, and you must have the authority to represent any server or organization you submit on behalf of.

• Server owners and admins submitting a community for partnership confirm they have the authority to do so.
• Sponsors confirm they have the authority to enter into a sponsorship arrangement on behalf of themselves or their organization.

03Partner servers

Joining the Alliance as a partner server is free. In exchange for access to shared resources, cross-promotion, and community support, partner servers agree to:

• Keep their own Discord free of content that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Represent their community honestly in any materials shared through the Alliance.
• Retain full ownership, moderation, and administrative control of their own server at all times — we do not manage roles, moderation, or bots inside partner servers.

Either party may end a partnership at any time. Leaving the Alliance is as simple as asking a team member.

04Sponsorships

Sponsorship tiers give sponsors placement and introductions across our partner network. Specific deliverables, timelines, and any fees for a sponsorship are agreed separately with our team before a sponsorship begins, and those specific terms take priority over this general section if there's a conflict.

• Sponsorship placements are provided on a best-effort basis; we do not guarantee specific engagement, click-through, or conversion outcomes.
• We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a sponsorship that we determine, in our reasonable judgment, misrepresents a product or service, or that violates Discord's or our own community standards.
• Any performance reporting we provide is for informational purposes and reflects data available to us at the time.

05Acceptable use

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
• Misrepresent your identity, your server, or your affiliation with the Alliance.
• Attempt to disrupt, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to our Discord server, website, or any related systems.
• Use the Alliance's name, mark, or network to promote content that is illegal, deceptive, or harmful.

We may remove a partner server or suspend a sponsorship for conduct that violates these Terms.

06Intellectual property

The Lumify Alliance name, logo, and website content are owned by us or our licensors. Partner servers and sponsors retain ownership of their own names, logos, and materials, and grant us a limited license to display those materials for the purposes of cross-promotion and sponsorship placement while the partnership or sponsorship is active.

07Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Discord server or website, and we are not responsible for the content, conduct, or availability of independently operated partner servers.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumify Alliance and its team members are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of members, revenue, or data.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
