• To evaluate and manage partner server and sponsorship applications.

• With partner servers or sponsors, but only the details necessary to facilitate a specific partnership or sponsorship (for example, sharing a sponsor's promotional materials with the relevant partner server admins).

• If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Alliance, our partners, or our community.

05Data retention

We retain information for as long as it's needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, for the duration of a partnership or sponsorship, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time; see the contact section below.

06Your choices

• You can leave our Discord server at any time, which stops our ongoing visibility into your Discord activity within it.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below.
• You control what information you share through Discord itself, via Discord's own privacy settings.

07Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed at children under the age required by Discord's own Terms of Service, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone below that age. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

08Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated policy here with a new "Last updated" date.
